Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Kansas City working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
