Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Haven Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
