Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
