Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
