Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
