Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jacksonville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
