Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
