Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Summit Cobalt Construction is a Jackson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
