Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
