Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright West Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
