Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Rowan Civic Services supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
