Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
