Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Corner Construction is a Indianapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
