Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cedar Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
