Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
