Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
