Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
