Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in Houston. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
