Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
