Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
