Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
