Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bright Fern Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
