Silverline Ridge Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
