Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
