Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
