Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in Honolulu with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
