Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
