Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
