Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Hartford area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
