Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Amber Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
