Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
