Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Timber Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
