Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
