Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
