Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Partners is a financial-services company in Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
