Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
