Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
