Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
