Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
