Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Maple Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
