Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Haven Medical Group is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
