Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Pine Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
