Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
