Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
