Bright Beacon Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
