Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
