Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Energy Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
