Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
