Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its Fresno plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
