Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Associates provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
